Armenian HR Association

We are on a mission to create professional HR community in Armenia!

The purpose of the Armenian HR Association is to develop a specialized HR community in the Republic of Armenia, which will contribute to the formation and development of sustainable personnel in the effective management of the country. The association brings together more than 600 professionals since 2010․ Two hundred of them are active HR specialists in various business areas.

Our main directions

• HR Advocacy

           Promotion of the HR profession and its recognition as a key business partner

• Improvement of HR Framework

           Improvement of employment relations field, labour code and relevant practices

• Supply and Demand Matching

           Aimed to support the labour market and businesses through supply and demand research and mapping, HR meetings, training and development programs,

           distribution and communication of key trends in the field, discussion of specific tools and projects, etc.

• Workforce Development

           Design and implementation of programs aimed at the development of HR managers and leaders as a whole in Armenia
