Instigate Training Center Foundation

Founded in 2004 and operating in 6 cities of Armenia and in Georgia, ITC is the foundation of Instigate HR/recruiting strategy: it starts by bringing in interns into ITC and teaching them basics of Production and Quality Management Systems, Collaboration and IT/CM tools, Industry overview (Semiconductor, Embedded, EDA, Mobile world).

More than 800 students passed through ITC.

ITC is the main contributor of Armath school network and the founder of ‘’Real School’’ educational initiative.
