EpygiArm LLC is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical issues when using our products.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate way via phone or email
- Identify, prioritize and escalate customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Stay current with company products, services, and updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of English,
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the field will be an asset
