Job description:

EpygiArm LLC is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical issues when using our products. 

Job responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate way via phone or email
  • Identify, prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Stay current with company products, services, and updates

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English,
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the field will be an asset

Required candidate level: Mid level
