Small, fast-growing US-based real estate investment company seeks skilled real estate transaction coordinator to join our team.


Job responsibilities

  • Transaction coordinate real estate closings
  • Work with the Transaction supervisor to help her with whatever she needs
  • Verify that all sales contracts- both for properties buying and selling- are complete and correct
    • Include all needed addenda
    • Have all needed signatures
  • Call and email with title company to ensure they have all the information they need and properties
  • settle on time
  • Make phone calls to utility companies when properties bought and sold to open and close utility
  • accounts, as needed
  • Call lenders, realtors, title companies as needed to ensure all properties bought and sold are on
  • track
  • Track property transaction progress through google docs spreadsheet
  • Send deadline reminders as needed throughout the transaction
  • Follow up with the escrow company, lender, and other agents as needed. Keep agent informed of
  • those communications
  • Upload documents to google drive, as needed
  • Keep google drive folders updated

Required qualifications

  • Must be able to make phone calls to the US
  • This a 40-50 hour a week, job each week- Mon-Fri plus 2-3 hours on Saturday. MUST be able to work 9am-5pm EST hours.
  • Must be completely fluent in English
  • Must be familiar with Gmail, google drive, google docs, google calendar
  • Must have prior real estate transaction coordination/real estate title work experience
  • Prior administrative assistant experience preferred
