The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing the service quality in the scope of the contract. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for provision of Facility Management services for office premises of corporate clients
  • Ensuring the high quality of provided facility management services - Soft (reception, cleaning, landscaping, security, catering, vending, other supplies etc.) and Hard (preventive and reactive technical maintenance of office engineering systems)
  • Responsible for meeting KPI requirements and improving service level provision.
  • Management / Coaching / Supervision of on-site CBRE personnel at clients’ locations
  • Interaction with client contacts in fulfilling Company’s contractual obligations.
  • Interaction with foreign corporate counterparts in daily operational work
  • Interaction with internal company support (Legal, HR, Sourcing, Finance etc.) in daily operational work
  • Providing operational & financial regular reports to clients and global team
  • Development of site management budget as well as tracking and analysis of actual expenses, implementation of savings initiatives
  • Monitoring compliance by personnel and contractors with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, labor code, client SLAs, internal Company policies, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Required qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, communication or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Powerpoint.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Armenian.
