Job description:

Ameria CJSC is looking for highly motivated Junior Consultant to work in company’s Management Advisory Services (MAS) team. Junior Consultant will work as a part of the team to implement consulting assignments including development of business plans, financial modelling, domestic and export market research and other relevant services.

Job responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior team members:

• Develop feasibility studies, business plans and investment plans
• Conduct domestic and export market studies
• Design public strategies and sectoral transformation programs
• Develop financial projections
• Collect secondary data, conduct desk reviews and do analysis for implemented research projects
• Own and identify information sources, gather and interpret data, and execute analysis to translate into meaningful insights
• Participate in designing tools for qualitative or quantitative surveys and analyzing collected primary data
• Prepare drafts of reports on conducted researches

Required qualifications

• Understanding of main phases of consultancy process
• Knowledge of consulting tools and methods
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or in another relevant field
• Fluency in spoken and written Armenian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of other languages is a strong asset
