Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, helping to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events attended by the CEO;
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO;
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors;
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and matters.

Required qualifications

  • Previous experience in an executive support role is a must;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Very good knowledge of English is required;
  • Proficiency in Google suite;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required candidate level: Mid level
