Job description:

Menu.am e-commerce and digital platform is on a search for a Business Development Specialist to join its Sales and Marketing team.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, social platforms and other channels
  • Ensure constant communication with existing and new partners, including attending business meetings
  • Constantly conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Constantly keep on track the market trands of the field and present initiatives to drive sales on different directions
  • Present and submit periodic reports in Excel and PowerPoint format
  • Participate in meetings, exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company
  • Closely cooperate with content team to ensure the smooth management of partner accounts on menu.am platforms

Required qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of proven work experience as a sales manager, business development manager, brand manager or other relevant position
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work with digital data
  • Excellent command of the Armenian language, as well as knowledge of the Russian language at least at a fluent speaking level is mandatory, knowledge of the English language will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must)
  • Experience managing HoReCa partners will be considered an advantage
