Now Relum is looking for a Casino Support Specialist to join the Company's Casino and Operations Team.
This position includes shift work (morning, evening, night)

Job responsibilities
- Conduct online monitoring and game risk evaluation
- Quickly respond to problems and suggestions raised by customers
- Conduct different types of analyses
- Improve methods to detect and eliminate various kinds of violations
- Conduct various types of customer-related activities on a daily basis
- Develop, compile and present reports related to risk analysis
- Manage clients’ requests and provide an appropriate solution
- Test casino games' views and functionality
- Add new games to partner websites
- Configured different providers to a partner website
- Create Casino Games on different Platforms
- Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to decreasing manual work
Required qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel (General)
- Ability to work in different fast-paced work environments and quickly respond to changing situations
- Strongly developed decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and well-developed memory
- High sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Russian and English
Required candidate level: Mid level
