Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the CEO's Assistant. This role will provide vital support to the Chief Executive Officer in managing various administrative tasks.

Job responsibilities

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agenda and materials
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and provide information to the CEO as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Required qualifications

- Master or Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar position
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Armenian, English and Russian fluent knowledge

Required candidate level: Senior

Salary: 300000 AMD - 500000 AMD Net a month
