Job responsibilities

In this role you will need to:

  • Assist in preparation of Legal Documentation, Power of Attorneys, letter of consents, ensuring maximum accuracy and completeness. .
  • Assist in customer service, namely handling customer queries and complaints, raising them to the attention of the line manager.
  • Accurate processing and registration of the customer contracts and Security documentation in Notaries and State authorities when/where necessary, within timescale and in accordance to the local laws, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of all related banking fields and systems.
  • Understand and continue to develop knowledge of operational risk, legal and regulatory requirements and operating procedures and practices.
  • Administrative responsibilities (filing, register/record keeping for consent letters (lease, area change, registration, etc.), agreements (facility, security, etc.), POAs, other legal documentation)

Required qualifications

  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate drive, inner energy
  • Have experience of working with rules and regulations is preferable
  • Effectively collaborate with team members and other colleagues to ensure good customer experience
  • Contribute to the extent possible to the Department teamwork, create positive and inspiring atmosphere, supporting team environment
  • Consistently deliver a personalized, friendly and efficient attitude towards work

The following skills are essential for this role:


  • Graduate degree in Law or relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
  • MS Office knowledge is preferable
  • Knowledge of Armenian and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Required candidate level: Junior
