Job description:

The transportation company (Not double brokerage) based in the USA is currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative in Yerevan.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 16:00 - 1:00

Address: Fuchik str. 32/2

Job responsibilities

-Manage incoming phone calls and messages,
-Generate and track sales leads,
-Handle customer queries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives,
-Process accounts and file documents related to customer care,
-Follow other communication procedures and guidelines.

Required qualifications

-Excellent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing)
-Higher education in a relevant field,
-Exceptional communication skills,
-Ability to work in stressful situations,
-Highly organized, collaborative, and punctual,
-Experience working in the customer support area will be considered an advantage

Required candidate level: Junior

Salary: From 250000 AMD Net a month
