The Tumo Center for Creative Technologies invites highly motivated, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join our Artsakh Teens Project as Data Collection Junior Specialists for a temporary assignment initially lasting three months, (however there is a possibility for extension based on project needs). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in addressing the unique challenges faced by teens in Artsakh. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach calls, performing needs assessments, and ensuring the integration of data into our comprehensive database. Job responsibilities

Conduct outreach calls establishing rapport and trust with teens from Artsakh through compassionate and empathetic communication,

Perform initial assessments identifying the unique needs, concerns, and circumstances of teens, ensuring an ethical understanding of their situations,

Input and manage detailed data accurately in the organization’s database, contributing to the overall success of the project,
-
Conduct timely follow-ups on cases as needed, providing ongoing support or making appropriate referrals based on assessed needs,
-
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions with project participants,
-
Provide constructive feedback to enhance outreach strategies and improve support services.
Required qualifications
-
Experience in outreach, counseling, social work, or related field,
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage with teens,
-
Proficient in data entry and database management,
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team,

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
