Job description:
TUMO is currently seeking architects at various levels of experience, ranging from architectural intern to Team Leads, to join our growing, young and dynamic team based in Yerevan. The projects vary in scale and location from local to international TUMO centres; where you will be working with major international architects.
We seek a talented Revit architect who can use their skill to develop design concepts, explore design iterations, understand concepts relating to consultant coordination and can document on a high level. This role requires a collaborative approach to ensure the best solutions are achieved for each project. Successful candidates will be fluent with Revit and able to provide support in the design of very unique educational environments. If you are dedicated, eager, self-motivated and work well under pressure, then this position is perfect for you. This role will report to the Head of Construction and requires the successful applicant to be located in Yerevan.

Job responsibilities
- Drafting of interior and exterior architectural construction documents and detailing in Revit to LOD 450
- BIM, Revit component & family modelling
- BIM documentation to international standards
- Understanding construction methodologies and detailing
- Preparing and presenting design details for selections and finishes
- Preparation of Joinery, doors and windows, shop drawings
- Clash detection and coordination
- Preparing working drawings at various stages of the project lifecycle
- Annotating (notes and call-outs) and dimensioning construction drawings to fully explain the architectural intent, suitable for tender/pricing purposes
- Preparing take-offs from Revit that will inform the formation of the BOQ
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy with work
- Excellent knowledge of Revit & BIM collaborative tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy with work
- Proficiency in Armenian
- Photoshop and 3D rendering skills, as well as hand drawing/sketching, are highly desirable

TUMO Boxes are already in operation in the towns of Berd, Gavar, Sevan, Vayk, Kapan and Martakert. Many more TUMO Boxes will open soon in various towns throughout Armenia and Artsakh.
