Job responsibilities
- Մատակարարներին առաջարկների ուղարկում կամ մատակարարներից առաջարկների ստացում,
- Հավաքական գնումների դեպքում ըստ ստորաբաժանումների պահանջագրերի հավաքագրում և ամփոփում,
- Ստացվող ապրանքների ընդունման կազմակերպում,
- Ստացվող հաշիվների և ապրանքագրերի ուսումնասիրություն և համեմատում գնման հայտերի հետ,
- Ստացված առաջադրանքների կատարման ժամկետների վերահսկողություն,
- Կորպորատիվ տաքսի ծառայության հասանելիությունների տրամադրում/կասեցում, ամբողջական վերահսկողություն և հաշվետվությունների կազմում,
- Վառելիքի բաշխման իրականացում, վերահսկողության և հաշվետվությունների կազմում,
- Գործընկերների հետ բանակցությունների վարում,
- Մրցութային սկզբունքով իրականացվող գնումների կազմակերպում:
Required qualifications
- Բարձրագույն կրթություն տնտեսագիտության կամ հարակից ոլորտում,
- Առվազն 2 տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ գնումների ոլորտում,
- Գնումների մասին ՀՀ օրենսդրության իմացություն,
- Ռուսերենի լավ իմացություն, անգլերենի իմացությունը կդիտվի որպես առավելություն,
- Համակարգչային գիտելիքներ՝ (MS Office, G-suite)
- Վերլուծական մտածողություն,
- Արագ կողմնորոշվելու ունակություն։
