Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our organization as Head of B2B Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing.


Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall B2B strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the B2B team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the B2B market, conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with target customers and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team to enhance the company's B2B offerings.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the B2B team.
  • Monitor and analyze B2B sales metrics, including revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention, providing periodic reports and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure efficient order management, timely delivery, and impeccable customer service in the B2B division.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field..
  • Proven experience in a senior B2B leadership role, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and insights generation.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office and other relevant business tools.
  • Prior experience in the industry is a plus.
