Job description:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability goals across all stores.

Job responsibilities

  • Set long-term objectives and KPIs for each store and monitor performance against these metrics.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all stores, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Oversee store layout and merchandising strategies to optimize sales and customer experience.
  • Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for the chain.
  • Analyze financial statements and performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain store operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to stores.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, store managers, and staff.

Required qualifications

  • Several years of experience in retail management. Experience in multi-store management is highly preferred.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Proficiency in analyzing financial and operational data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is required.
