Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability goals across all stores.

Job responsibilities
- Set long-term objectives and KPIs for each store and monitor performance against these metrics.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all stores, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Oversee store layout and merchandising strategies to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for the chain.
- Analyze financial statements and performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain store operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to stores.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and technological advancements.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, store managers, and staff.
Required qualifications

Several years of experience in retail management. Experience in multi-store management is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Proficiency in analyzing financial and operational data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is required.
