Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts, overseeing both digital and offline strategies to enhance our restaurant's brand presence and drive business growth. Reporting directly to the owner and general manager, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing our CRM system, overseeing merchandise initiatives, maintaining web content, handling PR and advertising campaigns, analyzing data for insights, and coordinating tasks with our graphic design team.

Job responsibilities

1. Developing Marketing Plans, Strategies, and Budgets: Craft and implement strategic marketing plans, strategies, and budgets based on market characteristics and organizational goals and objectives. Set clear deadlines and KPIs for success. Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage our CRM system effectively to enhance customer engagement and retention, implementing targeted communication strategies to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

3. Merchandise Organization: Oversee the process of organizing merchandise initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and promotional objectives.

4. Web Content Management: Regularly update and maintain web content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with brand messaging and promotions. Monitor and analyze the market and competitive environment, conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.

5. Public Relations and Advertising: Develop and execute PR and advertising campaigns across various offline and online platforms to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

6. Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to gather and interpret marketing data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

7. Graphic Design Team Coordination: Organize and delegate tasks to the graphic design team, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

8. Sales Promotion Strategies: Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. Analyze sales data and plan assortments to improve sales efficiency and optimize product offerings.

9. New Product Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies for new products to ensure successful launches and market penetration.

10. Analytical Reports Preparation: Prepare analytical reports to provide insights into marketing performance and inform decision-making processes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
