Converse Bank is looking for a skilled Head of Treasury.

Job responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of cash operations unit, clearing unit and international transfer and settlement unit.
- Daily liquidity management
- Oversee all treasury processes in compliance with bank’s policies.
- Ensure that the operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlements function.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including cash disbursements, cash pooling, collections and accounting reconciliations and reporting include compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and accounting standards
- Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Draft policies and procedures related to treasury
- Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management
Required qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math or related fields; advanced degree such as MBA or master degree in finance is a plus
- At least 5 years experience in treasury management, finance or related roles. Experience in banking is a plus
- Knowledge of financial markets, risk management, cash management systems and banking instruments
- Excellent problem-solving, strong analytical skills and solid business judgment
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment and attentive to details
- Knowledge of Russian and English is required
