Job description:

We are looking for HR Business Partner who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Our ideal candidate has a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. A successful HR Business Partner will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Work closely with management to develop a human resource strategy to align with business strategy
  • Identify complaints / suggestions raised by employees and suggest solutions to them
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with team leads and their team members, hold regular 1:1 and onboarding meetings, conduct exit interviews
  • Develop job descriptions and make regular updates if needed
  • Collaborate with the training and development team to understand the professional development needs of employees and assist development needs assessment process
  • Participate in HR strategy development processes
  • Participate in interviews if necessary
  • Organize performance appraisal of employees, work with employees on possible ways of career advancement
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Assist HR team in realization of daily task and ongoing duties

Required qualifications

  • Graduate degree in management or relevant field
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in HR
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
