Job description:

We are looking for an active and enthusiastic person. The incumbent should have attention to detail, commitment to work, a strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to provide quick and quality servicing to internal clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain personal employee documents (employment contracts, covenants, appointments, etc.)
  • Maintain and regularly update staff data in HRM and AS software systems
  • Maintain database of salary payments and work time sheets and prepare reports
  • Participate in external researches and analyze research findings
  • Prepare reports to internal and external (state) bodies/authorities and the management
  • Prepare and provide proofs of employment and other statements and references regarding staff members' work and personal details
  • Review loan applications of employees and make relevant calculations
  • Manage and periodically review of Bank products terms in scope of benefit package
  • Negotiate on and service the fringe benefits provided to staff
  • Prepare and provide orders regarding ongoing work activities (vacation, business trip, training and development, material liability, financial aid, disciplining, etc.)
  • Properly manage ongoing paper flow, ensure archiving in accordance with Armenian legislation
  • Provide general advice to employees on internal procedures, regulations and processes
  • Ensure staff communication (mailing)
  • Regularly analyze processes, methods and tools
  • Increase the efficiency and accuracy of processes, compliance with Armenian legislation
  • Conduct market research to improve internal processes
  • Ensure high level of employee satisfaction from internal processes
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Unit in good faith and timely manner

Required qualifications

  • University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere
  • Knowledge of the Republic of Armenia labor legislation and HR-related internal regulations and bylaws
  • Proficiency in AS and MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, communication and representation skills
  • Ability to voice problems and generate solutions
  • Stress tolerance, ability to work under pressure and handle large workloads, ability to multi-task and self-motivate
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Team player skills
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
