Job responsibilities

• Market Research, identify design and development project opportunities
• Email prospective clients and identify potential opportunities
• Calculate project estimations with company founders
• Pitch our benefits to prospective clients
• Schedule appointments with prospective clients
• Entry of information about prospect into CRM, create dated follow-ups
• Answer incoming emails from prospective clients
• Send applications to design-related projects on different platforms
• Assist marketing and sales team on their daily activities
• Work in hand with designers' and developers' teams
• Analyze and research different market opportunities
• Make an industry/domain researches
• Study new sales and lead generation techniques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Junior/Senior in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other related field
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must (C1/C2), knowledge of Russian is a plus
• Ability to work quickly and be responsible
• Energetic person, doer and changer by mentality
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• Persuasion skills
• Ability to write engaging/sales emails
• Empathetic person

Required candidate level: Junior
