About the Role: As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our network of affiliate partners. You will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with the senior management team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving success in affiliate marketing campaigns.

Job responsibilities
- Onboarding New Affiliates: Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, providing proactive support and ensuring their needs are met.
- Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to affiliates as needed, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze affiliate performance data, maintain detailed reports using our specialized affiliate management program, and provide insights to optimize results.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Required qualifications
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to maintain detailed reportsStrong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, knowledge of Russian is an advantage, knowledge of Arabic OR Bengali is essential for the role.
- Experience: Previous experience in Sales, Client Support, or Account Management is an advantage.
- Attributes: Willingness to learn and start a career in Affiliate Management, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
