Job responsibilities
- Use python to analyze data sets, generate reports and analysis that support business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Create dashboards with Python and Power BI and use them to derive insights that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets, applying machine learning techniques where appropriate to uncover trends and patterns.
- Help stitch data together from various sources make them suitable for various analyses
- Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and methodologies in programming, data analysis, and machine learning to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
Required qualifications
- BS/MS in an EDA or Computer science related area – Cybernetics, Computer science, Microelectronics, Applied Math, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of the pandas library for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and hack tools, reports, and analyses that support business functions.
- Knowledge of basic large dataset analysis and experience with machine learning algorithms is a significant plus.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work in a global team environment.
- Good knowledge of English; both verbal and written.
- Fast learning skills.
