About the position

Retail Marketing Specialist (Co-Marketing & Events) is a team member responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy.

Job responsibilities

• Planning and organizing co-marketing programs with other brands to increase CRM.
• Collaborating with designers to create marketing materials.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Organizing events: planning and conducting various promotions and events to attract customers.
• Promoting the loyalty program: creating and implementing effective strategies to attract and retain customers through the loyalty program.
• Content management and communication: developing and conducting communication campaigns, creating engaging content for various communication channels.
• Interacting with internal and external colleagues to achieve common business goals.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Required qualifications

Our Expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience in the marketing field.
• Higher education in marketing, PR, economics, or management.
• Skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Ability to effectively manage and develop a CRM database.
• Experience in organizing events and activities to attract store visitors.
• Knowledge and experience in promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to interact effectively with various departments within the company.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to develop effective strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail marketing.
• Ability to interact effectively with other departments within the company.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Successful experience in organizing events and activities.
• Willingness to approach marketing creatively and experiment.
