About the position

Retail Marketing Manager (Marketing Operations) is a team member responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy.

Job responsibilities

• Filling out reporting documents.
• Preparing quarterly financial reports.
• Creating content plans and scheduled content placement on the social media of shopping centers.
• Preparing and placing current outdoor advertising.
• Preparing and placing current in-mall advertising.
• Managing iSpace social media in accordance with the content plan.
• Collaborating with designers, writing technical specifications.
• Ensuring the placement of current information on the website (banner replacement, news placement).
• Preparing reports on each promo for vendors.

Required qualifications

Our Expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Higher education in marketing/PR/management.
• Knowledge of lead generation methods and their effectiveness assessment.
• Punctuality, systematic approach, analytical skills.
• Skills in graphic editors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail marketing.
• Experience with social media and community management across various platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in outdoor advertising, including site selection and campaign effectiveness evaluation.
• Ability to create precise and clear technical specifications for designers, considering marketing task requirements.
• Skills in report preparation, including the analysis of promotional results and their presentation in the form of presentations.
• Experience working within guidelines.
