Job description:

This is a Hybrid Operations role. We are looking for someone who will adopt a solution-oriented approach to cultivate our relationships with our partners on two different fronts - Onboarding and Customer Support. The Operations Associate is responsible for having a broad knowledge of the way that our product operates, as they are going to be working hand in hand with our partners to support both the partner and their customers needs. A successful candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of payment facilitation and the merchant processing space.

This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a self starter attitude with a high level of ownership, self motivation, and attention to detail.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist our partners on both the Onboarding and Customer Support fronts
  • Act as a liaison between our partners and our respective internal teams, providing feedback along the way
  • Help our partners grow their portfolios by assisting with onboarding motions
  • Work together with our team to build out best practices and workflows to streamline operational efficiencies
  • Complete understanding of our product so that you can effectively communicate with our partners and their customers.
  • Update partners and their customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements
  • Prepare reports for sales, marketing, and development teams as needed

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years in merchant acquiring, operational knowledge of merchant services, especially to ISVs/VARs and Integrated Partners
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Deep Knowledge of financial/payment solutions technology
  • Experience using CRM tools and others such as Excel
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative start up environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be fluent in using online tools
  • Must have a fluent understanding of Microsoft Office / GSuite

Required candidate level: Mid level

Salary: 700 USD - 1200 USD Gross a month
