Job description:
Tometek LLC is a growing instrumentation company, active in engineering, manufacturing and supply of industrial electronics, sensing, measurement and automation equipment.
In the key position of Product Application Engineer, you will enjoy interfacing with both new and repeat customers, exploring and discussing their requirements, developing and offering technical solutions to meet their needs and presenting them with technical quotations. Your responsibilities will also include analysis of applications, market niches and corresponding regulations, competition analysis and benchmarking Company’s products and capabilities, technical support activities.

Job responsibilities
- Support sales team to review specifications, standards and other legal requirements, design and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Respond to and handle internal or customer technical enquiries for customized or application specific products and solutions
- Work closely with customers, distribution partners and the internal team to provide product trainings, qualified technical support and resolve technical or application specific problems
- Work closely with an engineering team during new product development, evaluate product design, create and review related technical and user documentation
- Participate in project commissioning, product maintenance and calibration activities, provide after sales support
Required qualifications
- Higher technical education, work experience and a residence permit in Armenia
- Very good English oral and written communication skills
- Ready to self-educate in a range of related fields
- Will deeply learn the full product range offered by the Company to advise on the selection of products and technologies
- Ready to travel both locally and internationally
