Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Trainer to join our team. The Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate team members, to identify team member’s training needs. The ideal candidate will offer a structured learning experience, organize and handle tests for new and current team members, will have strong understanding of our products, and a passion for teaching

Job responsibilities
What you will be doing
- Collect information about our products, cooperating with the Brands, our appropriate team members and doing research in the frame of the program
- Regularly create, develop and update training course materials, manuals, and presentations according to the appropriate level using as a source the collecting and existing data about our various products.
- Conduct training sessions for team members with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint and other instructional programs.
- Prepare training speech for both in-person and online.
- Create interactive quizzes, tests and games for these training classes
- Prepare streamed video content for the online learning platform
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, report and evaluations and make changes to programs based on analysis and recommendations
- Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to ensure training materials are current.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to understand new features and updates.
- Provide support and answer questions related to product usage and functionality
Required qualifications
What you need for this role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills /oral and writing/ and training handling skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
- Competent speech, ability to motivate and persuade
- Ability to simplify complex information and present it in an engaging manner.
- Strong organizational, quick orientation skills, attention to details, analytical thinking open to changes
- Responsible, hardworking, creative, initiative and flexible personality
- Strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
Required candidate level: Senior
