Sales Manager

Job responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of various vehicle models to customers.
  • Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle performance.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing and payment options for customers.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends.

Required qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages

Required candidate level: Senior
