We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team at a leading music marketing agency! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales for our diverse clientele by building relationships with musicians, record labels and securing new partnerships. We offer a variety of innovative products and services designed to help artists and labels achieve their musical goals. You'll be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and cold calling to crafting proposals and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling (Eastern Time & European Time zones).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with artists and record labels.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations highlighting our agency's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals for a variety of marketing solutions.
  • Manage and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our agency's offerings.
  • Continuously research and identify new sales opportunities within the music industry.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of communication via email and phone calls.
  • Utilize various sales tools and CRM software.

Required qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience creating proposals and managing client relationships.

Required candidate level: Senior

Salary: From 400000 AMD Net a month
