Fast Bank CJSC is looking for an analytical thinking and excellent communication skilled person to join our team as a Sales specialist.

Job responsibilities
- Provide financial consultation to existing and potential customers of the Bank on the phone or other remote communication channels;
- Be in touch with potential and existing customers via calls;
- Cross-sell banking services and products to existing and potential clients by phone or other remote communication channels;
- Implement outbound calls based on requests and needs of certain divisions;
- Process requests received from existing and potential customers through various channels;
- Develop and maintain relations with new customers.
Required qualifications
- University degree in economics or related fields;
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer care, sales or related fields;
- Experience in banking will be an advantage;
- Experience in phone sales/ telemarketing will be an advantage;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, advanced knowledge of English and Russian;
- Result orientation;
- Communication skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Good team player.
