Job description:

LANDMARK CAPITAL CJSC is an Armenian investment company providing a wide range of financial and investment services to its customers. The company offers its customers an opportunity to invest in Armenian securities as well as gives access to securities traded in the international market. Landmark Capital CJSC is excited to announce a vacancy for a Sales Specialist position. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team and drive our sales initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to introduce them to the company’s investment products and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the investment products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients and prospects.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the company.
  • Organizing and attending meetings with clients to discuss their investment needs and propose suitable products.
  • Creating detailed sales proposals and investment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Following up with prospective clients, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing regular sales reports for management.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Gathering feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, new products, and sales techniques to enhance effectiveness.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.

Required qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within the banking/ investment industry is preferred;
  • Proven experience in the negotiation of commercial contracts and building key partner relationships;
  • Extensive knowledge of the banking industry and legislation;
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills;
  • Fluency in English and Russian languages, both verbal and written;
  • Experience with CRM systems.
