Japan Tobacco International in Armenia is opening the Marketing Services Coordinator out-staff based position, based on Yerevan.
We are looking for result oriented, responsible and professional person, providing support to Marketing team.

Job responsibilities
- Preparation of contracts and other documents
- Effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders during all stages of activities from project initiation to timely payments.
- Monitoring of marketing budget spending
- Leading custom clearance processes for imported marketing materials in close cooperation with suppliers, Merchandising team and brokerage service provider
- Management of SAP transactions and basic 1C operations
- Preparation of marketing reports on monthly and weekly bases
- Development of plan for consumer activation program, as well as its execution monitoring and preparation of reports each month
- Supporting with incentives order, content materials translation and adaptation
Required qualifications
- University Degree
- Preferably minimum 1 year experience in administrative or marketing sphere. FMCG sphere experience is a plus
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, English & Russian languages
- Advanced user of MS (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Critical thinker with analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Self-starter, fast-learner, self-organized and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, results oriented and flexible person
