Office Administrator

Our Office Management team is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. Being responsible for office maintenance and supply management, the team is also involved in event management.

We welcome a creative and dynamic Office Administrator to take the responsibility of assisting the team in facilitating the smooth running of the office.

Tools: Jira, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Procurement – analyze costs, and negotiate contracts. Tracking orders, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requisitions and orders
  • Arrange the Company Assets evaluation and sales processes
  • Maintain the company assets inventory process
  • Arrange and prepare workstations for staff
  • Assist HR department with onboarding tasks
  • Arrange and execute internal celebrations – recognitions, coffee breaks, holidays, etc.
  • Assist staff with daily requests and control administrative operations
  • Coordinates and works on special projects as needs arise
  • Carry the responsibility of the administrative activities in case of other team members' absence

Required qualifications

What you will bring in:

  • Experience in office administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and external partners
  • Proficiency in working with JIRA is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in multitasking
  • Fluency in English

Required candidate level: Junior
