Job description:

Our company is looking to hire an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory.

Job responsibilities

  • Providing business correspondence of the company President and Director,
  • Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters or correspondence,
  • Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties, taking messages,
  • Greeting visitors and determining access to appropriate parties,
  • Maintain inventory and office supplies,
  • Ensure operation of office equipment,
  • Cooperation with outsource IT company,
  • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc,
  • Organizing travel arrangements,
  • Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff,
  • Booking conference calls, taxis, couriers, etc,
  • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies,
  • Provide information to internal colleagues or external enquiries,
  • Calculating self-cost of imported products,
  • Preparing routine documents for senior managers,
  • Cooperation with company import managers and foreign suppliers for translating and preparing Armenian and Russian labeling texts,
  • Tea/Coffee/Water for executives and guests,
  • Following the fines of company registered cars, prepare appropriate letters for the RA road police,
  • Supervising office cleaning.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent,
  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written Armenian, Russian and English is a must.
  • 3 years of experience in office administration,
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint,
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Attention to details,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to multitask,
  • Time management.
