- proceed customer applications submitted through online systems;
- implement transactions by fast money transfer systems;
- implement other online services provided by the Bank;
- reply to messages sent by clients via online systems;
- in case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the issues;
- in case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection.
- university degree in economics or finance;
- at least a year's professional experience in the field;
- excellent command of Armenian banking legislation;
- good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
- international qualifications will be a strong plus;
- negotiation and conflict management skills;
- excellent communication skills, literate speech;
- advanced analytical skills;
- customer-oriented approach;
- ability and desire to learn quickly;
- excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English.
