Job description:

Digitain is seeking for energetic and highly motivated Russian Speaking specialists with passion for sport events to join its Customer Support team. 

The job is shift based and includes morning, evening and night shifts.

Job responsibilities

  • Work independently with customers of Russian market through online chat, phone call and e-mail to answer questions regarding services, games, bets and other products/services provided by the company
  • Identify customers' needs and move them towards the appropriate action using your knowledge and experience
  • Support to the company bet shop employees via incoming calls only
  • Handle incoming calls related to the company and transfer to corresponding departments, if needed
  • Follow all standard operating and project-related procedures

Required qualifications

Our customers call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We need a candidate that is

  • Prepared to work any 8 hours, 5 days per week
  • A natural communicator
  • Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian language
  • Good knowledge of  Armenian and English languages
  • Responsible
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Bachelors degree
  • Positive, self-motivated and enjoy interacting and working with people from all backgrounds
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
  • Experience in a call center is a plus
  • Excellent listener with the ability to understand concerns and overcome objections
  • Knowledge of a PC Windows environment
