Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations by preparing employee documents and contracts, managing vacation records, organizing training sessions for team members, and developing job descriptions and company policies.

Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Documentation and Contracts:
- Prepare and maintain employee documents including offer letters, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Vacation and Leave Management:
- Track and manage employee vacation and leave records.
- Provide timely reports and updates on vacation balances to employees and management.
3. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions for employees.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage training schedules.
4. Job Descriptions and Policies:
- Write and update job descriptions for various roles within the company.
- Develop and revise company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
5. General HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Required qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
