Job responsibilities

What’s happening daily in meettal recruiter’s life?

• sourcing candidates using open media and HR tech software;
• evaluating and communicating with the smartest and coolest people in Armenia, Europe, CIS and the Middle East;
• cooperating with the craziest and kindest team of professionals (no jokes about being the craziest);
• initiating and implementing any kind of projects, events or products within the company

Required qualifications

How we imagine the ideal candidate?

• you have ability and readiness to learn a huge cistern of new technical terms and concepts, programming buzzwords and geeks’ vocabulary,
• you have a good knowledge of English,
• you are a critical thinker and can’t sleep through the night unless you redesign anything that has shortcomings,
• you are a kind person with an enormous sense of humor
