In the framework of the project “Women in Business” the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development initiates “Information and Communication Technologies in Business” four-day training program.
Information and communication trechnologies are no more an alternative, they are a must. Those technologies are applied in any filed, be it marketing, human resource management, or service. At present the Companies trigger serious competetaive basis through ICT incorporation in terms of work efficiency, sales volumes increase and the attraction of the new markets.
“Information and Communictation Technologies in Business” training course is a tailor-made program for the Armenian women entrepreneurs, given the business specifics in the local market, Armenian business trends, prospects and restrictions. The aim of the course is to promote the use of the innovative technologies for dynamic development of the business.
Not only the contemporary ICT tools and solutions, and the entire process of the use of IC technologies will be presented during the trainings, but also the tools for managing change resulting from the application of those technologies.
The training will help you:
- Understand what is ICT and what can be done in Armenia through that,
- Apply ICT tools and solutions in buiness,
- Pick ICT solutions and tools necessary for your business,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each tool in the context of the local market,
- Optimize business processes through applying ICT tools and solutions,
- Manage the changes resulting from the use of ICT technologies.
The training takes four day and is conducted in two phases.
First Phase- September 18-19

- Process analysis
- Definition of the functional peculiarities.
Second Phase- September 25-26
The use of the ICT tools and solutions in business; practical assignments.
- Business process standardization, management and control tools
- Management solutions for teams, projects and time
- Customer management as well as service improvement solutions (for example CRM systems)
- Solutions and tools for business promotion and sales improvement
- Financial management and control tools
- Management of changes resulting from the application of technologies.
The aim of the training phases is to enable the participants to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the first phase of the course in their own business and to present their experience in the second phase by evaluating and analyzing the work.
Successful graduates will be awarded with a certificate of participation.

The training will be conducted by experienced business specialists Ms Naira Margaryan and Ms Lilit Gharayan.
Lilit Gharayan is the co-founder and chairwomen of ADWISE Business and Legal Consulting. She has over 17 years of professional experience, has worked in leading international companies, holding senior management positions. Ms Gharayan holds MBA and ACCA qualification. She is specialized in the areas of digitalization of business processes and digital business transformation.
Naira Margaryan is the founding director of “VINK Consulting,” the co-founder of the “Innovative Women Entrepreneurship (InWEnt),” and the board member of the “Institute of Management Consultants Armenia (IMCA).” Teaches business and entrepreneurship at ”AYB” High School. Ms Margaryan holds the following professional qualifications: ACCA, CMC, CMCA, OVOP, CEFE.
