Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on driving sales within the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision- makers to promote and sell our products / services. Your role will involve understanding their unique needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction  

Job responsibilities
  •  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for our software products.
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  •  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  •  Face to face meetings with potential clients, present and demonstrate software products to potential clients and stakeholders.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  •  Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance product offerings.
  •  Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  •  Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products.
Required qualifications

 

 

  • Work experience in the field is desirable, 2+ years
  • Proven track record of success in software sales or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of software products and technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
