Fly One Armenia Airlines are inviting a Call Center Agent to join our team.

Обязанности
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers via phone, social media and emails,
- Provide customers with the organization’s service and product information,
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints with the company’s standards.
Требования
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian,
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately,
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills,
- High sense of responsibility,
- Teamwork ability.
