Обязанности
- Purchasing of equipment and organization of regular maintenance;
- Searching for service providers, conducting tenders;
- Manage relationship with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
- Oversee and coordinate office repairs, renovations and maintenance from technical part;
- Development and implementation of standards and specifications for maintenance and repair of equipment;
- Development of long-term plans of various types of equipment repairs and maintenance;
- Be responsible for fire protection and electricity systems in the office.
Требования
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory documentation for the maintenance and repair of equipment;
- Knowledge of local legislation regarding Rules and norms of labor protection;
- Experienced user of technical drawings;
- Experience in tenders and preparing budget cost for maintenance and purchasing equipment;
- Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms;
- Written and verbal English at Intermediate level;
- Armenian language - native;
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of AutoCad and other technical tools will be a plus;
- Higher engineering education.
