About the Role:

The Account Manager role is integral to delivering exceptional service to our partners. We are seeking individuals with a natural aptitude for customer service, robust interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding team environment.

Обязанности

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Cultivate relationships and provide proactive support to partners via phone, chat, and social media channels.
  • Offer technical support to partners as needed.
  • Interpret partner requirements and deliver timely solutions.
  • Manage partner investment potential in line with established expectations.
  • Assist partners in understanding their performance by providing industry benchmarks.
  • Strictly carry out management's assignments.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.

Generate new solutions and approaches and propose them to management.

Требования

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales or accounting experience, preferably in the FinTech sector, credit organizations, or financial startups.
  • English B1 minimum; French B2 minimum; Arabic fluent in oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in stressful conditions.
