FC Noah is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support in managing daily operations and communications effectively. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination between the Director and various stakeholders, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating efficient workflow.


  • Act as the primary liaison ensuring smooth communication between the Director and staff, by being involved in the matters and initiatives associated with the Director
  • Prepare for the meetings of the Director as per the prescribed timetable, engaging all stakeholders
  • Compile, manage and coordinate the calendar of the Director and carry out the communication between the parties and the Director deriving from the calendar meetings, as well as make appropriate changes in case of need
  • Compile minutes of meetings
  • Draw up, send, receive and save necessary electronic and/or paper documents
  • Conduct electronic and mail correspondence
  • Prepare reports as per the assignment of the Director
  • Coordinate requests for economic goods
  • Coordinate the visits of guests with the Director by carrying out necessary planning and organizational activities throughout the visits
  • Coordinate the process of providing seasonal uniforms for the entire staff of the Service Rooms
  • Perform, as per the assignment of the Director, other work that is beyond the Job Description and does not contradict the Labor Code


  • Higher education
  • Experience in administrative work would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English
  • Skills in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and the Internet
  • Knowledge of 1C software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-organization skills and attention to details
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Time management skills
  • Skills in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Willingness to work and cooperate in a team
