The College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) comprises the MA TEFL, MPSIA, LL.M. and BA in English & Communications degree programs as well a number of certificate programs and research centers. CHSS welcomes students to the study of humankind around the globe through the ages, to the exploration of our collective and individual works of creativity and to an appreciation of our common and unique heritage and human capacities.

Обязанности
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) through assisting the overall operation of the program and performing organizational tasks as requested by the Dean/Program Chairs,
- Assist in the preparation of reports, program flyers, presentations, policies, listings and other relevant materials,
- Assist in organizing periodical work sessions, events and internal work meetings for the team and external stakeholder and other meetings,
- Assist with and schedule recruitment activities for the programs as assigned,
- Respond to/manage email inquiries related to recruitment,
- Support in organizing the Dean’s schedule, maintain and archives course syllabi, files, memos and records of the college correspondence,
- Provide consultation to applicants throughout the academic year, maintain close communication with them, receive perspective applicants and coordinate sessions for them, specifically referring to MA in Human Rights and Social Justice program,
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, including seminars, workshops and moot court competitions, referring to MA in Human Rights and Social Justice program,
- Provide support in maintaining the webpage, prepare and distribute flyers and announcements, follow up the post event stories on newsroom,
- Prepare and analyse surveys on the course offerings and regularly update about important activities of the Program,
- Act as a liaison with the other AUA departments,
- Provide translations, as needed,
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Требования
Qualifications
- University Diploma
- 2-4 years of relative work experience.
- Good organizational, interpersonal skills, multitasking, and accuracy, patience and pleasant firmness, customer service
- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian languages, knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Knowledge in Spreadsheets, databases, familiarity with substantial software programs,
- Extensive knowledge of different software programs and troubleshooting capabilities
