You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality customer service and support. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the customer support department, developing effective customer service procedures, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

Обязанности
- Lead and mentor customer support representatives;
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures;
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues;
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Develop strategies to prevent future issues and improve overall service quality.
Требования
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role;
- Experience in managing a high-performing customer support team;
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages will be a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities;
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
