Maurice Ward Group is a Supply Chain Management organization that was founded in 1968 in Dublin, Ireland. Currently, we operate 50 owned offices in 25 European countries

The position of Dutch Speaking Customs Clerk involves handling customs declarations for our international customs team operating in the Dutch markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Full training will be provided on using our in-house systems..

Job Type: Full Time (Mon Fri)
Working hours: 11:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.
Job Status: Permanent 3-month probation period

Customs representation of clients in the Dutch market
Issuance of customs forms in appropriate customs software
Communication with our MW offices and clients in NL
Communication with customs authorities in NL
Work with local customs software NL
Responsibility for the proper documentation filing

Требования

Excellent English language skills - oral & and written
Good knowledge of Dutch language
Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
Ability to quickly process information and make decisions with meticulous attention to details
A team player with a high sense of responsibility
