You'll lead a team of recruiters, ensuring they're equipped to find the best candidates worldwide. Your role will require resilience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Обязанности

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the recruitment team, monitoring progress and providing feedback as needed.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruitment team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and teamwork
  • Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support business objectives.
  • Identify key roles and talent gaps within the organization and develop strategies for succession planning and talent development.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to anticipate future staffing needs and proactively address recruitment challenges.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather input on workplace satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with management to address employee concerns and develop strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover.

Требования

  • Fluency in both Russian and English is essential for effective communication.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of successful recruitment and team leadership. (1 year +)
  • The ability to navigate diverse teams with professionalism and cultural sensitivit
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
