Обязанности
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the recruitment team, monitoring progress and providing feedback as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruitment team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and teamwork
- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support business objectives.
- Identify key roles and talent gaps within the organization and develop strategies for succession planning and talent development.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to anticipate future staffing needs and proactively address recruitment challenges.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather input on workplace satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to address employee concerns and develop strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover.
Требования
- Fluency in both Russian and English is essential for effective communication.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of successful recruitment and team leadership. (1 year +)
- The ability to navigate diverse teams with professionalism and cultural sensitivit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
